How do you estimate my home inspection repair costs?

 We review each line item in the home inspection report and its associated picture(s). Then, we assign each repair item a series of diagnostic codes that specify the labor and material, that in our judgment will be required to make the repair. The diagnostic codes and labor and material rates are derived from professional repair and remodeling software and are specific to the zip code of the home’s location. At the end of the estimate a sum total of all the line item costs is provided.

Do you estimate all the items that are recommended to be repaired or replaced?

Yes, every item which has an associated picture and many items that do not have pictures.

We need the estimate right away. How fast can we get it?

Our goal is to email you the estimate within 24 hours.  Orders that arrive on Friday afternoon will be delivered by end of day Monday.
